This lampshade with the Tibetan syllable Mula mantra "OM" inlaid by Bodhi leaves is made of 100% handmade Lokta paper. The four sides are attached by sewn cotton threads. Lokta paper, known as rice paper, is made from the bark of Daphne Papyracea in Nepal. These plants are found in the forest of Himalayas between the altitudes of 6500 ft to 9500 ft.
