Sorig Zathi-Duknum Heat Compress Oil is prepared in accordance with the Tibetan Science of Healing for pacifying Loong disorders. It is used to put heat compress on the Loong points and effective against mental unrest, confusion, insomnia and tinnitus. This oil also relieves giddiness, sudden fainting, palpitations, stiffness of the limbs, upper back pain and chest discomfort.

Ingredients:
Nutmeg oil, Caraway oil, Clove oil and Sesame oil.

Directions:
Apply this oil on affected areas after heating it on a stove/burner or rubbing it between your hands. Hold for a moment until you feel the heat. Repeat the procedure. For better results, use it with Heat Compress Ball. Make sure the oil is hot enough but definitely not scorching.
