Lokta paper has been made in Nepal for centuries using traditional methods from the bark of the Daphne shrub. This grows in the Himalayas at altitudes above 2000 metres and regenerates completely after harvesting, making Lokta paper one of the most sustainable paper types in the world. The natural fibre structure gives the paper a special texture and durability.
This notebook is handcrafted and finished with a traditional cotton cover featuring classic patterns. No chemicals are used in the paper production. Each sheet is individually hand-made, creating a slightly irregular, authentic surface.
The notebook is perfect for journaling, sketches, or as a travel companion. The environmentally friendly production and high-quality craftsmanship make it a special companion in daily life.
