In Tibetan Buddhism, White Tara embodies compassion, healing, and a long, fulfilled life. Her seven eyes, on her forehead, palms, and soles, symbolise her watchful awareness of the suffering of all beings.

This statue was crafted in copper and hand-painted by Tibetan artisans in the Himalayas. The face is finished in fine gold, while the body is kept in pure white. The richly detailed crown, the delicately painted robe, and the blue lotus flowers on both sides reflect careful attention to detail.

Her right hand shows the gesture of giving, while her left holds the stem of an utpala, the blue lotus flower. On an altar or meditation space, this statue becomes a quiet companion for anyone seeking peace and wellbeing.
